My Device isn't supported for an App, why isn't it?

 

The reason certain devices are supported is usually because there are older devices. As technology companies update software, it becomes harder to maintain support for older devices and in some cases we can no longer support them, we are sorry for any inconveniences this causes.

I'm having problems with an App, what should I do?

I'm having problems with payments of an app?

Apple is responsible for payments regarding the App Store, if you have any issue, please contact Apple Support and not us as I can not help you with this problem and contacting us will only inconvenience you.
